Usher’s New Look (UNL) is a 501c3 organization founded by Usher Raymond IV in 1999. For more than 25 years, Usher’s New Look (UNL) has supported a vision that all youth should be afforded the chance to unlock their full potential, no matter where they come from. On July 24-26, 2024 we are excited to host our tenth global youth leadership conference in Atlanta, GA. The Disruptivator Summit is a creative gathering of more than 500 forward-thinking high school aged youth leaders from various organizations across the country.
